They say 40 years is the time of testing so we waited and waited but they came barring empty promises and bags of sand, our freedom was postponed... no more. We blurred the lines of jazz, art-rap and lofi for this antisocial announcement. We usher in the the dream unfulfilled, ugly and understated from a chamber of artistic purgatory where we shine more, we mustn't wait for the world to recognise we exist. "40 Years" marks the final chapter to Season One of the #OtisMensahExists series (a gathering of rap-poetry singles & animations).
